As it usually is, the weather in central California is already like Summer, but the forecast for the next few days is dismal; Cold, a good chance of showers and almost unbroken cloud.
You don’t realize how luck you are to live in this verdant part of the world until there’s a cold / rainy day to bring a chill of reality. Summer days with those long, lazy evenings and friends’ gold chains glinting in the bright morning sun seem so far off it’s depressing.
But Spring will come soon, then thoughts of rainy days will dissolve. And who’s not up for that?
