<p style="text-align: justify;">My addiction to Linux, computers and online life as a whole is well known to regular readers so it should come as small news that among my initial problems as the new owner will be how to equip this spacious new domicile with secure, 24/7 connectivity.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In the spirit of crowd-sourcing and creative commons I thereby open the question to the floor. Picture this:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">You have just moved into a new home with 1,450 square feet of living space divided into nine rooms, plus a 1/3rd-acre back-yard. You need fast, secure network access across this entire space. Which is your best solution &#8211; A high powered router and some wireless cards or <a href="http://www.thesource.ca/estore/category.aspx?language=en-CA&amp;catalog=Online&amp;category=Network_Cable" target="_blank">network cable wiring</a> throughout the house?</p>
